Global investment summit which was held in Gurugram union urban minister for state Hardeep Singh Puri said that a board has been constituted which will fix all the issues that the buyers are facing in the real estate industry. This is a welcome move by the government which will not only boost the real estate industry but also attract the buyers. The focus of the committee will be in identifying the problems that the buyers and builders are facing regarding there projects. Not only this the main focus of the committee will be on resolving those problems so that it is a benefit for both the builder and the buyer. This work has already been assigned to the committee in June 2018. The same has been confirmed by Mr. Rajeev Talwar who is the chairman of National Real Estate Development Council.
This policy of the government clearly shows that how the concern is the authorities about the issues that the builder and buyers are facing over the period of time. The minister has said in his speech that the entire real estate industry is not tainted it’s just that some of the builders have brought a wrong name to the industry. Mr Hardeep Singh Puri has also said not only this but the advisory committee will also address the issues regarding the RERA. So, as far as industry experts are concerned this is a very welcome move which has been taken by the government and this will not only boost the real estate industry but also is a plus point for all the buyers when it comes to the purchase of the Residential flats in Greater Noida.
